  • Courses are released weekly and delivered via secure Google Drive folders.

  • Access is granted upon payment and remains available for the duration of the course.

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used during purchase.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required in full before access is granted, unless a payment plan is offered.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • As per UK consumer law, refunds are not offered for digital content once access has begun, unless the product is faulty or misrepresented.

  • If you experience technical issues or believe the course was not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Natalie’s Academy.

  • You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission.

  • Access is granted for personal educational use only.

6. Tutor Support

  • Email support is available for enrolled students.

  • We aim to respond to queries and assignment submissions within 48 hours, though response times may vary during periods of personal leave or holiday. Any planned delays will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

  • Feedback is provided as part of the course structure and may vary depending on the assignment.

7. Data Protection

  • We store your name and email address securely to manage course access and tutor support.
